Meet the Supply Chain Queen
I didn't set out to become the Supply Chain Queen.
My journey started as a first-generation college graduate, navigating spaces where opportunity was not given. That experience shaped how I see leadership: not as a title, but as a responsibility to create pathways for others and transform systems that often feel too big to change.
Along the way, I came to believe that supply chains are more than the backbone of commerce. They are the frontlines of climate action, equity, and innovation. That purpose has guided every chapter of my career, and it drives everything I build today.
Real leadership is not about holding power. It is about holding space for bold ideas, for those left out, and for the future we dare to imagine together.
From Humble Beginnings
The journey from modest roots to global stages.
Sheri was raised in modest circumstances and became the first in her family to graduate college, earning her degree from the University of Maryland summa cum laude. She went on to earn a Master of Arts from Harvard and a Master of Science from Rutgers with highest distinction, building an academic foundation that bridged sustainability strategy with supply chain operations.
Often the only woman in the boardroom, she transformed those experiences into purpose. She did not wait for the industry to make space for her. She built her own stage, created her own voice, and opened doors for others along the way. That combination of resilience, first-generation ambition, and a refusal to accept the status quo is what became the Supply Chain Queen.
Today, Sheri advises Fortune 500 enterprises, startups, consulting firms, media platforms, and boards at the intersection of sustainability, AI, and supply chain transformation. She has been an executive delegate to COP26, COP27, and COP28, a contributor to the World Economic Forum and WBCSD, and a voice heard across stages from Davos to Navy Pier to Centro Banamex.
